Catmeat fished over a bed of pellets is good for the carp on here in the warmer months, and shallow fishing with pellets and meat also works well. For the silvers, shallow with maggot and caster is the way to go, and chopped worm also works well in the colder weather, they aren't to be ignored either, as weights of ide to 80lb are common place.
